The Bridge Church AVL Upgrade

KRAMER PRO recently completed a full AVL, acoustic, and infrastructure upgrade at The Bridge Church in Mustang, Oklahoma. The project focused on improving system performance, operator workflow, and long term scalability across audio, lighting, networking, and power.

The existing audio system was removed and replaced with a newly designed d&b audiotechnik line array system, including subwoofers and front fills to ensure consistent coverage and improved intelligibility throughout the sanctuary. A KLANG in ear monitoring system was installed with iPad control, providing flexible and intuitive monitor mixing for musicians. The system was complimented with a DiGiCo console, fully commissioned, and tuned to optimize tonal balance, phase alignment, and overall system performance.

Lighting upgrades included the installation of new ellipsoidal and moving key fixtures to improve their live stream and dynamic control, along with new The Light Source RGBW house lighting to modernize the room aesthetic and improve a smoother coverage in the room. New lighting network nodes were installed, and both existing and new fixtures were configured into the new GrandMA3 Command Wing. Console programming was completed with standardized presets to support consistent operation by staff and volunteers.

Acoustic improvements were made through the installation of custom wall mounted acoustic treatment, helping reduce reflections and improve speech clarity and musical definition. Infrastructure enhancements included the installation of a new back of house equipment rack, configuration of Netgear AV switches for Dante and lighting networks, integration of the existing production network, and deployment of a Lyntec power sequencing system to manage audio and RF equipment power control.

Project closeout included delivery of as built documentation, system configuration files, and hands on training for staff and volunteers. KRAMER PRO also provided on site support during opening weekend to assist with system transition and operational handoff.
