Accounting/HR Manager

Taylor Giba combines financial know-how, big-picture thinking, and a love for clean systems in his role as Finance & HR Manager at KRAMER PRODUCTIONS. With a background in both the nonprofit and creative worlds, he’s all about making things run smoother and helping teams work better together. At KRAMER, Taylor oversees everything from payroll and tax compliance to onboarding new team members and managing day-to-day finances. Whether he’s tightening up a spreadsheet or jumping in on a technical install, Taylor brings a clear head, a servant’s heart, and a desire to support his team well. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him volunteering at church, geeking out over new tech, or spending quality time with his family in Edmond.
