Designed as an intimate yet elevated leadership gathering, the event blended brand-forward visuals, clean stage design, and immersive lighting to create a refined environment that supported both inspiration and connection.

At the heart of the room was a custom scenic stage anchored by a large-format LED wall, providing a dynamic canvas for keynote content, video playback, and brand moments throughout the program. The LED canvas was framed with layered scenic elements and vertical light columns, adding depth and dimension while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic aligned with Arbonne’s visual identity.

Our lighting design transformed the ballroom with soft architectural uplighting and carefully programmed stage looks that shifted seamlessly between sessions—balancing energy during presentations with warmth during meals and transitions. Color palettes were intentionally curated to complement the brand while enhancing the overall guest experience without overpowering the room.

From crystal-clear audio coverage to seamless content delivery and live show control, our team managed all technical execution to ensure the focus remained on leadership, storytelling, and community.
